I'm not caught up either

iPhone open to a busy camera roll

Hi, Reader!

Because I write about photo organizing, you might assume I'm 100% caught up, with every photo in its place, and every moment scrapbooked.

Far from it.

Here are some of the (many) things on my organizing and documenting to-do list:

  • Finish organizing childhood photos for my family. Digitized years ago, still not fully sorted.
  • Catch up on Essie’s baby book. Prints are ready, I just need to sit down and do it.
  • Clean up my personal digital photos. Client photos: perfectly organized. Personal photos: another story.
  • Sort my iPhone photos. iCloud is doing the heavy lifting, but I'm still transferring shots from 2024 to my computer.

Photo organizing doesn’t have a finish line.

It’s taken me a while to realize this, but once I did, I felt so much freer.

Small habits and consistent progress are what actually move the needle.

Whether your to-dos feel overwhelming or you're not sure where to start, download my free guide, the Simple Photo Reset, to build a quick, manageable habit. Then pick one small thing to do this weekend (even 15 minutes counts!).

I’ll be spending 1 hour this weekend on Essie’s baby book. Everything else can wait ✌🏻
